1. What is a migraine?

The age from 30 to 39 often has a migraine, but there are also many cases of migraine in younger. Some medications can make migraines more serious, like birth control pills…
Smoking, smelling tobacco or using alcohol beverage also cause migraine.
Some external factors can trigger a migraine, such as loud sounds, smells like paint, perfume, or bright light.

3. How to prevent migraine
From above migraine trigger factors, we can take some meassures to prevent migraines:

For patients with chronic migraine, pain relievers should be taken as soon as possible, because once the pain begin, the effectiveness of the medication will also decrease. Non-steroid anti inflammatory
Paracetamol and non- steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine(NSAIDs): pain relievers such as paracetamol, aspirin, ibuprofen,.. are effective pain relievers. Pain relievers with caffeine are also great way for patients.
Migraines do not affect seriously for health, but it affects greatly the patient’s life and activities. Therefore, patients have signs of headache or migraine, they should go to medical facilities for examination and treatment.
